Alton Lane is looking for an Operations & Facilities Coordinator who will support both our showrooms and headquarters. We are a start-up company based in Richmond, Virginia with one objective: offer an expansive clientele a best-in-class experience that combines the best of old world luxury and state-of-the-art technology. After 7 years in business, 13 nationwide showrooms in many major metropolitan cities and tens of thousands of customers, the sky is still the limit for us. Our business is growing quickly and with growth comes the need for a hyper-organized, detail oriented individual who loves tackling a list of tasks, enjoys variety in their everyday work life and can contribute to special projects.
The Operation Coordinator is a do-er and connector between our Operations, Customer Experience & Facilities teams and provides remote support to our showrooms. You will do a little bit of everything, all of which contributes towards making the Alton Lane business run smoothly. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure and insight into each department of our business, including the showrooms. We are looking for a hyper-organized individual who can take on a laundry list of tasks, prioritize them according to their urgency and ensuring they are completed accurately and on-time.
You might be the kind of person who is efficient and has a checklist for their “checklist.” We like that. You are resourceful, an excellent listener, ask questions when needed and are perceptive. You take direction well and can not only work in a team-based environment but you are also self-motivated with the ability to contribute as an individual. You provide consistent updates and follow up to the pertinent point of contact. No task is too small for you and is done with pride.
