Marketing Coordinator

Digital marketing is a huge focus for us in 2017.  We are looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to help run our digital marketing, acquisition and content efforts.  You will play an integral role on the team and will be directly responsible for marketing campaigns and overall growth. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Paid Search
    • Work with our Acquisition team to setup search campaigns for our website and regional showrooms
    • Use paid search tactics and best practices to manage spend and optimize performance
    • Help analyze results and craft a meaningful story around results
  • Email
    • Help coordinate setup and deployment of all email campaigns including marketing emails and lifecycle campaigns
    • Coordinate email tests and optimize based on findings
    • Organize database into customer segments
    • Report on test results and email performance
  • Display
    • Setup retargeting segments and campaigns
    • Manage spend and optimize performance
  • Facilitate customer acquisition initiatives
  • Liaise with Customer Service + Operations to ensure proper communication is being relayed to internal teams and customers
  • Help setup and manage promotions
  • Assist with strategic partnership opportunities
  • Aide in event planning and execution
  • Analyze customer trends and customer lifetime value
  • Contribute content and campaign ideas for marketing calendar
  • Coordinate photoshoots and product shoots
  • Communicate with third party vendors

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum one year experience in a marketing role or digital agency role
  • Knowledge of eCommerce conversions tactics
  • Ability to adapt to new technology quickly and thoroughly
  • Excellent work ethic and can do attitude
  • Organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects a must
  • A good sense of humor
  • Experience with online paid media (SEM, Retargeting, Media Planning) a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eye for creative and details
